Step 1: Combine the yogurt and mint, set aside
Step 2: In a bowl beat the egg and water together
Step 3: Stir in bread crumbs, onion, garlic, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper,and oregano
Step 4: Combine this mixture with the ground lamb
Step 5: Make four 1/2 inch patties
Step 6: Over medium high heat in a non stick skillet cook the patties approx 6 minutes each side or until cooked to your likeing
Step 7: Cut the top 1/3 off each pita, invert and place it in the bottom of the pita
Step 8: If using cuke & tomato divide between the 4 pitas
Step 9: Paint the burgers with the mint yogurt
Step 10: Place a burger in each pita,
Step 11: Sprinkle with the feta cheese and olives
