Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
How to Make

Step 1: Cream butter and sugar. dd egg, oatmeal, buttermilk and flour, salt baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.

Step 2: Bake in greased muffin tins 350 degrees for 20 to 25.
