Step 1: Blend marjoram, tarragon, olives, and brandy in a food processor. Stuff under chicken skin at breast.
Step 2: Put water in bottom of casserole. Put in chicken. Sprinkle with soy sauce and pepper.
Step 3: Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 minutes, or until done
