Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounce) package fresh baby spinach (prewashed Baby Spinach, about 8 cups)
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 large apple (sweet-tart apple, thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (or 1/4 cup herbed feta cheese, 1 ounce)
- DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Combine spinach, onion, apple & cheese in a large bowl.

Step 2: Shake dressing ingredients together in a jar and drizzle over salad.

Step 3: Toss to coat.
