Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan forced).
Step 2: Arrange mushrooms and ham in a 27cm x 17cm (base measurement) ovenproof dish.
Step 3: Drizzle the mushrooms with oil.
Step 4: Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle mushrooms with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
Step 6: Carefully crack eggs onto the ham and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and eggs cooked to your liking.
Step 7: Season with salt and pepper and serve at once.
