Ingredients
- 125 grams chocolate, chopped (regular or semi-sweet)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
How to Make

Step 1: Heat the cream until simmering point, pour over the chopped chocolate and stir over low heat until smooth. Add the butter and stir until combined. Set aside until thickened slightly.

Step 2: If refrigerated after drizzling or coating the glaze will harden.
