Step 1: Place a strainer over a small bow and drain the crushed pineapple.
Step 2: In a saucepan, combine, the pineapple syrup, cornstarch and lemon juice. Simmer stirring for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Step 3: Mix in crushed pineapple and stir until combined very well.
