Step 1: Combine unflavored gelatin and cold water, let stand 1 minute.
Step 2: Add cherry gelatin and boiling water, stir until dissolved.
Step 3: Stir in the cranberry sauce, pineapple and celery.
Step 4: Pour into a 6-cup mold coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 5: Refrigerate until set. Un-mold onto a serving plate.
