Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, wine, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
Step 3: Pour shrimp mixture into a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread out evenly, and then season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: In another bowl, use a fork to mix melted butter, bread (or cracker) crumbs, and parsley until well combined. With your fingers, sprinkle the mixture evenly over the shrimp in the baking dish.
Step 5: Transfer dish to oven and bake until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 11-14 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE!
Step 6: Serve with lemon wedges.
Step 7: Add roasted asparagus, and/or a green salad, and call it a meal!
