Step 1: To roast pears, toss with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Roast at 425 degrees until slightly browned on both sides. Cool.
Step 2: Add all ingredients except dressing. Add only as much dressing as needed to toss salad. Store remainder in fridge.
