Step 1: In heavy skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil and butter until translucent. Add garlic, paprika, pepper, tomatoes, wine and bouillon.
Step 2: Cook uncovered, keeping at a good simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings, add more wine if needed.
Step 3: Slice tenderloin into 1/2" slices and place in sauce. Flip right away so sauce is on top and bottom.
Step 4: Cover pan and cook until pork is heated through, which shouldn't take more than 3-4 minutes. Serve over wild rice.
