Step 1: In a food processor, chop the spinach green onions and parsley. When finely minced, add eggs and mix until combined, add pepper in.
Step 2: Add 1 Tablespoon butter at time into buttered skillet, add 1/4 of mixture. Cook then flip, add ham and cheese, with the ham showing out the edge not cheese. Repeat.
