Pink Molded Salad

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, reserve liquid
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 box (6 ounce) strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert (the big guy)
- 12 large marshmallows
- 2 cups cottage cheese (small curd)
- 2 cups Cool Whip topping (or 1 cup cream, whipped)
How to Make

Step 1: Add water to liquid from pineapple to make 2 cups liquid.

Step 2: Combine with sugar and bring to a boil.

Step 3: Dissolve Jell-O and marshmallows in boiling liquid.

Step 4: Chill until partially set.

Step 5: Stir in pineapple and cottage cheese.

Step 6: Fold in Cool Whip or 1 cup cream whipped.

Step 7: Put in mold.

Step 8: Chill overnight.
