Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter, for serving
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Grease muffin tins and heat the pan for 15 minutes.

Step 3: Beat the eggs; add the milk, oil and salt.

Step 4: Add the flour and beat until smooth. Pour batter evenly into hot popover pan.

Step 5: Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
