Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped almonds (or cashews)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
- FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make

Step 1: Dump eggs thru pineapple into a large bowl and mix.

Step 2: Pour into greased 13-inch X 9-inch pan.

Step 3: Bake at 350° 40-45 minutes.

Step 4: Cool.

Step 5: Combine the frosting ingredients and use to frost the cake.

Step 6: Keep refrigerated.
