Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Rinse chops, pat dry and season with garlic powder and seasoning salt. Preheat skillet over medium high heat.
Step 2: Place flour and eggs in two separate flat bowls. Dredge porkchops lightly in flour, dip in egg, and coat liberally with breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Put oil in pan, when hot fry the chops 5 minutes per side or until breading is well browned. Transfer chops to baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
Step 4: Meanwhile, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk and white wine, add at 45 minutes. Replace foil and continue to bake another 30 minutes.
