Step 1: Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 2: Add cranberries and return to a boil. Gently boil for 10 minutes without stirring.
Step 3: Pour into a medium glass mixing bowl. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 4: Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on salsa. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate.
Step 5: Best if served at room temperature.
