Step 1: Toast walnuts in skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or so.
Step 2: Place all ingredients in bowl, reserving some blue cheese to garnish top.
Step 3: Taste and adjust seasonings.
Step 4: Toss salad, garnish with reserved blue cheese.
Step 5: Serve chilled or at room temperature.
