Step 1: Cut eggs in half taking out yolks. Put whites on plate.
Step 2: In bowl, put yolks and ham and herbs and pickle relish; mix.
Step 3: Add mayonnaise just enough to moisten.
Step 4: Stuff eggs.
Step 5: Mix the garnish. Top the eggs with sour cream mixture.
