Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (or cashews, blended until smooth)
- 2 tablespoons honey (raw)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dates (pitted and soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder (raw)
- Rind of 1 orange
- 2 drops Cardamom essence (or 2 tsp ground cardamom, Gypsies Spiced Love Potions)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (for dusting, amt. is a guess)
How to Make

Step 1: Process all ingredients (except the cacao for dusting) until smooth in a food processor.

Step 2: Form small balls and roll in cacao powder.

Variations: you can roll the balls in crushed nuts or flaked coconut, instead of the cacao powder.
