Step 1: Melt the butter in a skillet, medium heat, add mushrooms, celery, shallot and onion.
Step 2: Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, remove from heat.
Step 3: Meanwhile add the hot water to the stuffing mix, mix until the mix is moistened through.
Step 4: Add the cooked vegetables.
Step 5: Place in a baking dish, cover.
Step 6: Bake in a 325 oven for 45 minutes.
