Basic Mexican Seasoning

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chili powder (red chili powder, do NOT use chili powder, which is most often used for chili - this is already of blend of spices - you want pure red chili powder)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika (smoked)
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Seasoning ... Mix everything together in a small bowl. Store in small spice jars; or, a small mason jar.

Step 2: It is really a nice all purpose Mexican based seasoning. You can always customize it - but, this is my GO TO blend.
