Step 1: Layer on plate leaving as much of each slice exposed as possible. in 3 lines
Step 2: Mince garlic and sprinkle over the beets, put parsley over beets in straight line
Step 3: And, then sprinkle garlic.
Step 4: Drizzle vinegar and oil over the top.
Step 5: Sprinkle with sea salt, crushing the crystals as you go.
Step 6: Pepper to taste.
Step 7: Serve immediately.
