Step 1: Boil milk, butter and salt together. Take off heat; add flour all at once. Add egg yolks and egg one at a time. Stirring this should make a stiff dough.
Step 2: Let stand a few moments.
Step 3: Roll out and cook 20 minutes; 10 minutes uncovered in broth and 10 minutes covered.
