Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 3 yellow onions, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 can (28 ounce) diced tomatoes
- 4 cans (24 ounce) pasta sauce (Unico Garlic Pasta Sauce)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Brown meat with 2 of the 3 onions and garlic cloves in large sauce pot.

Step 2: Drain fata nd add remaining ingredients to pot; mix well.

Step 3: Cover and place in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 2 hours.

Step 4: Lower heat to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, stir and cook for another 2 hours.
