Step 1: Put tomatoes in a 2 quart saucepan; add sugar and heat to almost boiling. Stir flour into sour cream until smooth.
Step 2: Add to tomatoes and bring to a boil just long enough to thicken, stirring constantly.
Step 3: Add salt and pepper to taste
Step 4: Pour over the carb of choice noodles I cooked and mixed in
