Step 1: Pat all the chicken dry with paper towels.
Step 2: Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Heat some oil over medium high heat in a skillet. Brown the chicken into pan about 5-6 pieces at a time turning the chicken until all sides are brown. Remove and transfer to a 9x13 baking dish (skin side up is using thighs).
Step 4: In a bowl mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar and teriyaki sauce (save some sauce for after baking).
Step 5: Pour the rest of the sauce over chicken.
Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Step 7: Serve with extra sauce on top or on the side for dipping.
