Step 1: Place honey, soy, onion flake, ketchup, sesame oil and garlic in crockpot and stir to combine.
Step 2: Place some cooking oil in a skillet then heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then brown them on both sides, remove them (you could skip this I like to brown my chicken it seems to give it a better flavor).
Step 3: Place the browned chicken breasts in the sauce, cover and cook on low for 4 hours OR high for 2 hours, turning chicken half way.
Step 4: Remove cooked chicken from crockpot and set aside.
Step 5: Stir water and cornstarch together and add to sauce in crockpot.
Step 6: Let cook on high for additional 10 minutes to thicken.
Step 7: Cut chicken into strips or chunks and return to sauce in crockpot.
Step 8: Serve chicken and sauce over rice. Top with sesame seeds on top.
