Step 1: Combine ketchup, vinegar, water, dry mustard and Worchestershire sauce in a shallow dish.
Step 2: In a shallow bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Dry Coating Mix, then remove more than half of the mix and use only if you need more, if you don't use it just save for another time or recipe. The mix makes about 2 1/2 cups, enough to coat 6 pounds of chicken pieces. STORE unused portion of crumbs in airtight container in the refrigerator.****DISCARD ANY REMAINDER OF CRUMBS THAT YOU HAVE USED FOR THE RAW CHICKEN!!!***
Step 3: Place the flour in a separate shallow dish.
Step 4: 1. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour. 2. Coat in ketchup mixture. 3. Coat in the dry coating mix.
Step 5: Place coated pieces on a large greased baking sheet.
Step 6: Bake at 400 F for about 40-45 minutes or until done.
