Wacky Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons Dutch process cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 6 tablespoons oil (I used melted coconut oil or you can use vegetable oil)
- 1 cup cold coffee (strong coffee)
- 6 Hershey's chocolate bars (5-6 bars)
- Vanilla ice cream
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make 3 small holes in the mixture. Pour the vanilla in one hole, the vinegar in another and vegetable oil in another. Pour cold coffee over the top and mix. Pour into a lightly greased 8 by 8 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 3: As soon as the cake comes out of the oven top with the chocolate bars.

Step 4: Serve with vanilla ice cream.
