Step 1: Separate the eggs.
Step 2: Beat whites until stiff.
Step 3: Mix dry ingredients together.
Step 4: Add vinegar to milk.
Step 5: Put oil and egg yolks into flour add milk and vanilla. Stir in milk add enough to make batter. Fold in whites
Step 6: Pour onto hot Pam sprayed waffle iron. If using bacon add in strips cross ways will cook around. Cook until done can freeze for later.
