Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3 cups apples, chopped (peeled, or 3 cups pears)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk (a little at time)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
How to Make

Step 1: Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2: Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 3: Mix glaze ingredients to a runny consistency and pour over warm cake.
