Step 1: Season the tenderloin with salt & pepper
Step 2: Rub the pesto sauce on all sides of the tenderloin.
Step 3: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap
Step 4: Place in fridge overnight or for about 12 hours
Step 5: Pre-heat oven to 375F
Step 6: Roast the pork for apprx 45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160f
Step 7: Let it rest for 5 minutes, slice and serve
