Step 1: See lol BIG list.
Step 2: Cream lard, butter add sugar. Add molasses, sorghum (lighter molasses) honey, corn syrup. Beat. Add eggs; beat.
Step 3: Add spices (they are all ground).
Step 4: Add almonds, beat.
Step 5: Add milk; beat.
Step 6: Make dough stiff (add 1 cup at a time) LOSE THE MIXER NOW USE WOODEN SPOON) to roll out the next morning (I'm guessing they mean to put in frig overnight).
Step 7: Cut oblong but not too large.
Step 8: Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes or so @ 375 degrees F.
Step 9: When cool, frost with white almond bark.
Step 10: Dough keeps 2 weeks in fridge.
