Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 box (19 ounce) white cake mix
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FILLING
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream (whipped)
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- TOPPING
- Lemon cake mix (3/4 cup)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Step 2: Bake in 10 inch round baking pan 425 degrees F (check, no time given before baking top with crumb mixture).
