Step 1: Soak beans overnight.
Step 2: Cover with water boil 1/2 hour drain.
Step 3: Add alternately beans and scored slices pork into the water.
Step 4: Add salt mustard and molasses
Step 5: Pour over beans.
Step 6: Cover and bake 250 degrees for 10 to 12 hours or at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Uncover last hour.
