Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg white
- 6 marshmallows (cut in quarters)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make

Step 1: Bring sugar, cream of tarter, salt and water to boiling, let cook until sugar dissolves. Add to unbeaten egg white and marshmallows.

Step 2: Beat with mixer until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla.
