Step 1: Heat milk and oatmeal in a mixing bowl until warm. Add egg; mix. Add salt and pepper; mix. Add ground beef; mix.
Step 2: Make 20 meatballs.
Step 3: Heat oil in skillet.
Step 4: Roll meatballs in flour.
Step 5: Drop in hot oil; brown.
Step 6: Mix gravy mix and French onion soup mix in water. Pour over browned meatballs. Cook 20 minutes on low.
Step 7: Mix 1/4 cup water with leftover flour; pour over meatballs. Cook 10 more minutes until gravy is thick.
