Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Heat all ingredients for marinade stir together. Put in ziploc bag. Add chicken breast making sure that all is getting juiced. Put in frig.

Step 2: Next day take out breasts, grill until done.

Step 3: In sauce pan heat marinade until smooth, use on top of chicken.
