Ingredients
- 3 large cucumbers, peeled and cubed
- 2 green peppers, de-seeded and cut into very small squares
- 1 red sweet pepper, de-seeded and cut into very small squares
- 3 large tomatoes, cubed (firm tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup oil (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Salt, to taste
