Chili and Garlic Snack Mix

Ingredients
- 8 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 bag (3 ounce) popcorn (gluten free butter favoured popcorn, popped)
- 1/4 cup dry roasted nuts
- 3 tablespoons oil (canola or vegetable oil)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (gluten free parmesan cheese)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
How to Make

Step 1: Heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: In a very large bowl, mix cereal, popcorn and nuts; drizzle with oil and toss until evenly coated.

Step 3: In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over mixture; toss until evenly coated.

Step 4: Spread mixture into an ungreased roasting pan.

Step 5: Bake uncovered 15 minutes, stirring once.

Step 6: Spread onto waxed paper; cool about 10 minutes.

Step 7: Store in an airtight container.
