Step 1: In a large saucepan bring the broth to a boil over high heat.
Step 2: Stir in orzo and carrot and boil for 7 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in asparagus and peas and boil until vegetables are tender and orzo is cooked (3-5 minutes).
Step 4: Remove from heat and stir in the remainder of the ingredients (scallions - pepper).
