Step 1: With Pam, saute onion garlic and celery until limp.
Step 2: In saucepan whisk flour and stock ,bring to a boil, cook until thickened. Add herbs and spices and frozen veggies, sauteed veggies and turkey; fold in.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 425F.
Step 4: Put into bottom deep dish pie shell.
Step 5: Top with other pie crust. Brush with egg sprinkle salt on top.
Step 6: Bake 30 minutes or until browned.
