Step 1: Season the pork pieces with salt & pepper
Step 2: Sear the pork ribs on all sides in a lightly greased skillet
Step 3: Place your prepared carrots on the bottom of the crock pot
Step 4: Add the seared ribs
Step 5: Add all the remaining veggies pouring the can of tomatoes on top
Step 6: Turn crockpot on low for 6 hours
