Step 1: Mix hamburger, onion, yogurt, egg, bread crumbs, Madras curry powder, Pataks curry paste, and coriander.
Step 2: Make 4 patties. Put in frig covered until firm (30 minutes).
Step 3: Fry until done.
Step 4: Toast buns.
Step 5: Add tomato, lettuce, and onion.
