Step 1: Boil the green beans 5 minutes drain,
Step 2: Mean while heat butter in skillet; add shallots, simmer.
Step 3: Add mushrooms, add cream; cook down.
Step 4: Add drained green beans; cook until thickened and coated at low heat.
Step 5: Add parsley at very end.
