Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 springs fresh mint
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1 splash soda water
- 2 dashes bitters (optional)
How to Make

Step 1: Put the sugar, mint, and lime juice in a tall glass and mash the mint with a wooden muddler.

Step 2: Add ice, the rum, the splash of soda and the optional bitters.

Step 3: Garnish with additional mint and/or lime.
