Step 1: The old cottage cheese wasn't as liquid as the new cottage cheese so try and get mostly curds for this recipe (I used dry curd for this one).
Step 2: Beat the flour, eggs, sugar, salt, and cottage cheese until smooth.
Step 3: Pat little rounds onto bench flour.
Step 4: Fry in hot oil.
Step 5: Serve with strawberry jam.
