Step 1: Preheat grill over medium high heat
Step 2: In a bowl combine vegetables (corn - cilantro) and 2 tablespoons lime juice, oil and 1/4 teaspoon each of the cumin, salt and paprika. Set aside.
Step 3: In a small cup or bowl combine remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice, 3/4 teaspoon cumin, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Rub mixture over the chicken and then spray chicken with Pam.
Step 4: Grill chicken, turning once (10 minutes) until cooked through.
Step 5: Serve chicken topped with the salad
