Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 2 bread slices (torn into small pieces)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
How to Make

Step 1: Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.( i have just added raw onions and skipped this step

Step 2: In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients (some people wet the bread with water or milk, and then mush it in). Add onions.

Step 3: Blend everything together. Form into a loaf in a cake pan because it will have grease in pan.

Step 4: Squirt more ketchup on top.

Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour until meat is done in center.
